Unable to Claim Heart-Coded Keys

Hello, I’m not sure if this is the same issue as the missing side quest keys, but I just wanted to check.

Since the Wednesday update, I’ve been unable to claim the side event quest keys, they are still present and able to be claimed, but I am unable to do so.
