My alliance raid/quest tickets are missing

Earlier today i bought 99 tickets by spending loyalty and i didnt recieve anything. Then i proceeded to buy 61 tickets from spending more loyalty and now by loyalty has been deducted but i haven’t received any tickets. Please help!

    Did you close/reopen game before posting ?

    Some items recently (calendar, selectors, etc) have been needing a “kickstart” to get them to show.
