Who should my first 6* R4 be?

My main concern is I always run suicides masteries (I love them), but Doom and Torch kind of suffer from them whereas Hulk Kitty Kingpin are useable with suicides. Doom eats a lot of recoil damage and no bleed/poison immunity though he is tanky, and Torch is just really fragile and no bleed/poison immunity. Not sure if it matters that much as they still both some of the best champs in the game.

All unawakened except Hulk. No specific game mode just need an all-rounder.

If you run suicides then definitely not Doom or torch. Hulk is also not great with suicides as he is only poison immune but still takes the bleed damage and a lot of the time you want to spam SP1 with hulk so he can eat a lot of recoil. Kingpin is useable, but kitty pryde actively benefits from them with no downside (or at least she will when you have her awakened, which should be pretty easy to do.)

I would say Doom because when you need him, he's great - even if you have to turn off suicides for a lane or two.

Otherwise, I'd say go with Kingpin.

Missed the bit about ouchies before voting - if you're insistent on keeping them up then agree not Doom or Torch. I'd vote Kingpin or Kitty.

I use suicides and have Doom HT and Kitty all at r5 and have no trouble with them at all and I’m certainly not afraid to throw the odd special about when needed. Kingpin is a good choice to begin with though at max sig with suicides he will start with 6 rages charges so if you take Luke Cage or Electra for synergies he will gain an extra 2 and go straight into overdrive. His rage charges count as debuffs too so with trigger willpower and gain you some health back. Kitty works pretty much the same way, she doesn’t take damage while phasing so she gains a good bit of health from the willpower mastery while phased. There are plenty other suicide friendly champs in the game that either take reduced damage and/or clear the debuffs relatively quickly, Omega Red, Namor, Gambit, Agent Venom, Baron Zemo, CrossBones, Hit Monkey, Sandman, Hercules, Omega Sentinel, Lady Deathstrike all prove you don’t have to be immune or be a robot to benefit from these masteries. There’s probably a few more on that list, basically any champ the takes reduced damage from bleed and/or poison or is good at clearing debuffs.

I'm the biggest fan of doom out there but still, He is not viable with suicides, He lose a lot of his potential especially if you plan to use him on story content.

But doom actually benefits from suicides once you go endgame contents, just don't use him with suicides on act 7/act 8
