Deathless Guillotine Pieces

I was searching the forum but I couldn't find the information, which is why i'm making this post.
I only have one piece of guillotine, so I need the other 4 to get her, but the chest that sells them only allows me to buy 3, the question is, once I buy all 3, it's reset? And if not, where could I get it?.

You can still earn the piece from doing the Act 8 Guillotine challenge. So I would not buy that one.
