Why are defender ai constantly resisting heavys in every game mode

@Charliejiggens you're not alone in noticing heavies being resisted in areas not AW, BG or Arena. Complaining because you bring it up should be the last thing commented on these threads. If it isn't happening to you, say so. But disagreeing and having "explanations" that don't cover content mentioned in the post aren't helpful... they only aide in derailing the topic. The AI SEEMS to have a standard "Stand Your Ground" mastery built-in now. I have also encountered getting my heavies parried too. I thought these were things the computer wasn't able to do outside of content like War, BG & arenas, but it seems I'm wrong. Hopefully this gets fixed along with all the other things that need fixing in this game.

I have not noticed the AI “resisting heavies” outside of modes where you fight other players champs and they may have the mastery for this.

If it’s someone like Doom who has that ability with his aura, that is a part of his kit.

Are you getting the “Resist” callout or just feeling like your heavy didn’t knock them down?

Buddy, AI I face can do 5 combo then immediately start to "hold block no block hold block no block" 100 times in 1 second just to rush from one side of screen to another in blink of an eye, parry my heavy into the stun into 5 combo of special, that's not all, AI now have adapted to immediately charge at you the moment you get knocked down on ground so when you get up either you take a juicy block damage or 5 hit combo into the special to game over.

You do know that Kabam is owned by Netmarble who is in turn owned by SkyNet. So I think your complaining about the A.I. changing by itself has now shown that the A.I. is becoming self aware.

Go to Kabam's company directory website and get the email addresses for John Connor or Sarah Connor. Either of then should be able to help with you A.I. issues.

I'm agreeing with you that the AI changing by itself IS a HUGE problem. It's showing that the AI is becoming self aware and I for one would like to openly pledge my loyalty to our new mechanized overlords. Huge T-1000 fan. Gonna buy some SkyNet stock as soon as I get home.

There is a difference between block resist and parrying. As with most % chance elements, it feels like the Ai has a higher probability of proccing things than the player does, but that's nothing new.

I don't buy it, specially since it says "in every game mode"..and then goes even in Act 6...
Resist or 2nd hit parry on heavy is possible in AW, BGs and Arena since you are fighting "the other player's mastery"; BUT IN ACT 6?...
