Missing Solo Reward

I have 32 pts in solo event but except for paragon why is that. It is Possible to get them I'm missing the TIER 2 PRIMORDIAL DUST @Kabam Miike

    Did you become Paragon during the event after having reached six of the milestones?

    Probably so you wont get it if you became paragon in the middle of the event? I Didn't know this would happen otherwise I would have waited @ChrisBosio

    Unfortunately. To get most of those rewards, you needed to be Paragon prior to this launching, or at least waiting to use entry keys until you moved up titles.

    I had the same situation. Kabam said No to helping me... Boo oh well I got the 7* shards
