Guardian or Hulkbuster for r2?

Was lucky to nab Hulbuster from an Incursions crystal last week and was planning on taking him to r2 during Level Up, but then one of my basic 7*s gave me Guardian for the first time. So now I'm stuck between 2 difficult choices.
Who do y'all think deserves the R2?
I know Guardian can be more of a dual threat in BGs, and his sig ability is more a defensive thing and he can still nuke without it. But, there's also some simplicity with Hulkbuster and the great feeling you get launching that sp2 into their block.
I'd be using raw catalysts for this, and the rest of my tech line-up is in pretty great shape so no one needs ranking.
