After Wednesday next eop and I get the milestone and get one more t3a and t6b I’ll be able to r5 another 6*, question is should I do Hulkling, scorp or nimrod all currently r4 sig 200 ascended

hulkling is what i'd do since he's a dual threat.

Depends on what you're going for. All three are god tier champs, and are all insane in competitive gamemodes like BGs. Go with Scorp for overall offense and versatility, Hulkling if you need a BGs champ for both offense and defense, and Nimrod if you need mutant-killing options.
