Battle group assignments bugged.

Trying to set battle groups in my alliance. Every time I log back in, they’re different with two or three members being unassigned. I updated the game. An officer who didn’t update yet is having the same issue. Changes were saved etc. Still no luck. Every time I restart the game, different members are unassigned to a BG. Is anybody else experiencing this?
