Someone once told me that a cosmic ray could technically cause that to happen, (the chance of which is ridiculously small ofc) is that true? I know a cosmic ray once affected someone's Super Mario 64 speedrun by causing a cosmic bit-flip. @DNA3000 is probably the person to ask here though as he is smart and I am dumb.
Means what
Means what They are suggesting that the 3000 units isn't just suddenly missing, but was used to buy a 3000 unit offer. Possibly because you've shared your account login details with someone else and they logged into your account and spent the units. If this is the case, you're not getting them back, because account sharing is against the rules, and you are solely responsible for anything that happens in your account. There's no excuse that someone else did it, because no one else should ever have access to your game account. If you did not spend them yourself accidentally and you did not share your account with anyone else, open a support ticket with Kabam and explain your situation.

Or maybe the impossible happened (or at least, the seriously unlikely). Maybe a memory cell was indeed hit by some ionising radiation and some zero flipped to a one. And those units have vanished and are lost to time...
