Anyone know what the standard rule is for champs entering the basic pool?

3 months? 4 months?

I'm wondering how long until Onslaught is in there.

    Kushala and Chee'ilth need to enter the basic pool first. Onslaught will probably enter the pool sometime in April I imagine
