Recruitment problem in game

I’ve been leader of an alliance for years, and I can honestly say I think recruitment in game is officially broken.
I’ve usually left the alliance as open, so if someone leaves or is kicked the next person to join is more than welcome
Yes we are laid back, but always had 30 members in the group.

It has been almost three weeks and not one person has joined
What is going on? We are down to 15 people which is just wrong.

Am I losing my mind? Are other alliances having the same issue?
How can Kabam help fix this problem?

    Recruiting isn't kabams problem tbh. Most folks just want stability but also are impatient to get it.

    So looks like in game recruit isn't the best idea but in form recruit is very easy.
