Error between Legend for God of Arena and Leaderboard of Valor

I try the first legend run in God of Arena, and finish it at 9 hrs. However, I also keep my eye on Leaderboard of Valor as the completion of Heroic and Master Quest, it can obtain around 1.4mil Valor. Such I use the leaderboard at the indicator.
Once I complete both, my ranking in leader board is only 13....But, I cannot get Legend.
After re-study the comment of running time of legend in previous, I think I really not the top 100 one, but I have been totally treated by the leaderboard of valor...
