Incursion Info - Boss Hack, Common Hack and Heal/Revive

Was just wondering if anyone happening to have a list/details of when (at which Zone) do we get Boss Hack, Common Hack and Revive/Heal

I'm trying to plan and see how many Zone give out Boss Hack, so to know when I need to re-spin for desirable Boss Hack.

I think I remember it was mentioned in the Thread with Incursion update, but can't seem to find it anymore.

    Every 4th zone is a boss hack room 2 i think is a heal and third is always boosts i think till after 10 dont qoute me on that but something like that is what i can remember

    Boss hacks: zone 1, zone 4 and zone 8 (2 boss hacks are given for zone 8)

    Regular hack: every zone that doesn't have a boss hacks up to zone 12.

    Revive/heal hacks I don't have a list, but do appear after zone 10. I can get a list for you when the milestones reset if you can wait.
