Heart Coded Keys

I haven't been able to claim my heart coded keys, yet I have finished quests & milestones to claim them. It shows I have zero & the side quests are locked so what do I have to do to receive my heart coded keys!

    You got given more keys to compensate for that bug.
    If you Unbreak My Ironheart Solo Event is on max points you used those bonus keys are suffered no loss.
