Raid Thanos knockdown not working

Anyone else experiencing this? I’m finding when you knockdown Thanos with a heavy it doesn’t add fervour and complete the prompt. Only working for specials.

Using magneto with prowess ender, middle path so Thanos is the third boss. Other teammates are reporting it works sometimes when Thanos is not stunned, but never when he is stunned.
