Returning Player need help on a new account

Hi, i really could use some advic, i am a returning player with new account because my old account is lost but that's okay because i enjoying my 2 weeks new account here.

my question is
1. is it better to have R4 *5 with many heroes, or should i focusing on 1 top tier hero until he/she reach max level?
2. currently I'm using a **** mastery like I don't have willpower yet or suicide path. because i use my units to recharge energy to chase some content like story quest. should i start fixing my mastery or should i wait till i level 60?
3. my current goal is becoming a paragon right now, and i share some screenshots here to show my current roster and catalyst inventory
4. is 4* worth ranking up now? or should i just focusing on 5*?

I think it is good to have a top champ ranked up from every class. Act 6 and 7 is focused on having champ counter, so a wide roster is beneficial.

I don’t use Suicides and have max Willpower mastery setup. These can be expensive. I do read of experienced Summoners restarting in new accounts and don’t need them though.

As for the wide roster, Arena is easier. 4-Star rank ups for the Arena.

On getting to Paragon, I’ll let the experts chime in since I am not there.
