Scytalis fight bugged *please help*

I’m doing the deathless Guillotine challenge and am on the 3rd phase of the Scytalis boss fight. There should be a “1” Icon to indicate what special she will activate the trap with. It’s gone. She is no longer taking any damage or placing traps. I’ve already restarted my game and tried multiple champs. I’ve spent 3 team revives and potions on this quest already I can’t restart and lose my progress.
@Kabam Miike please help 🙏
