Enery timer reset back to 6 minutes

I have 2 accounts on 2 devices and both do not have the Summoner Sigil yet my energy timer are reset to 6 minutes. It's no longer 3 minutes.

    my bad. I didn't know it ended today. I thought it was for the whole month.
