possible symbioid black bolt sp1 bug

i was fighting map5 aq yesterday against a mystic symbioid (sp1 black bolt, sp2 captain marvel), and i dashed in as it threw black bolt sp1, which went over my head without connecting. i tested my black bolt in vs by throwing sp1 while opponent dashed in, and it did connect. so, it might be unique to the symbioid (seems unlikely to me). just to mention...
