Women Of Power: Completing Quests Doesn't Earn Rewards

I've completed the Women Of Power objectives using 2-Star Wasp and 2-Star Guillotine and didn't get the rewards for either one. I used both exclusively (and used a load of potions with Guillotine). How is this supposed to work?

    Did you have other people on your team (like for synergies)? I'm better yes, and if you did, it doesn't count.

    Either had additional champs on the team (can’t bring anyone else).
    Or used wrong version of Guilly (not 2099 or Deathless).

    I just completed the 2-Star 🐝 challenge. No issues.

    But had to spent 4️⃣ full refills first because to open up the chapters and rounds which was locked.

    Had other team members but didn't use them. That's kinda bogus, IYAM.
