Completion of act 6.1

I wish to complete 6.1 what team should I use and which path according to that team , please.

Should I only take villain??

There is not enough info for me to go off of in your post.

Even if there was, my opinion would stay the same. You're very far ahead based on the looks of your roster. No r5 5*, only one leveled up 6*. You are punching way above your weight class.

While 6.1 would be possible with the champions you have, I would suggest you work on leveling those champions up, since you do have a very small roster.

I'd focus on the Photon, Absorbing Man, Kitty Pryde, Shuri, Doctor Doom, and Claire Voyant.

If you can, go through and 100% Uncollected difficulty Event Quest. Open some five star crystals, rank some up, and deepen your roster. Your unit stash and sanity will thank you for it when you do finally make your way into act 6.
