Question about Shang Chi

Does ShangChi’s Wushu Strike considered a buff? I’m about to face Ultron boss 6.1.2, there is a node EMP Mod wherein if I gain +10 buffs I’ll be dealt with passive shocks.

    Shang chi gets buffs on MLLM combo (unblockable buffs). And if you reset the wushu strikes using heavy, he gains precision buffs. He is a poor choice for that ultron
