AQ nodes bugged with onslaught

I am running AQ map 6 with evasive maneuvers mod and using onslaught and champs are getting the evade charge after the first hit of his heavy attack and then evading the second hit, instead of getting the charge when they are knocked down. I noticed this happen with invisible woman in section 1 and then got a screen recordings in section 2 on ronin and gamora. It seems the first hit of his heavy attack is activating the node even though they aren’t getting knocked down by it. I tried again with another 2 hit heavy champ with deathless guillotine and it activated like normal when they were knocked down so this is not the mod being bugged it’s something onslaught is doing to interact with the mod.
