This last ticket would have given me 40 points. I knew it was a bug. I claimed it but still didn't get my rank 4 to 5 gem. One week later!

Just because it looks like a raffle ticket doesn't mean it is one. It had a 9x in it. Its because the Knull quest didn't give any points in the Knullifier event.
Why are you asking all this questions and not addressing the fact that it says NOTHING about Magik Heist.
Also those serpent tickets were a reward for a raffle, not objetive points. Just because they give you more tickets it doesnt mean the objective would have been completed.
