Objectionalbly I think bishop has more immediate value. But never doubt domino. Such a dual threat I legit never use her for defense

I have domino r3 sig 30, 10 from x magica and she's a beast, ill add 5 more from WoW to her, im paragon so i can't get her up anymore unfortunately

I r3'd my Bishop before I owned my Domino and I can tell you that he is a beast. Domino may be my next r3 depending on what the rewards are from 8.4 exploration. I think you are in one of the best win win situations that you could be in regarding your rank up.

I say Bishop. He's amazing, a double-threat on attack and defence, and he's come up to counter so many things recently.
