I was Suspended and my brother account is permanently banned even though we didnt violate any rules

In november my account was suspended for breaking rules but i didnt and my brother account was permanently banned we asked the kabam support they said *"The account was actioned because it was found to be cheating, which is a violation of our Terms of Service [11. CODE OF CONDUCT STANDARDS]. Violations can include the use of exploits or third-party applications that alter the mechanics of the game.
To ensure the security of our game, we will be unable to share the exact investigation details that led to the action taken on this account"* i asked why i was banned they couldnt share the detail but i saw on youtube there was a ban wave on that time. players who have been cheating in BG winning continuously have been banned 4000 players have been penalised you can ask why im posting this now cuz today i was playing BG i matched with lower lvl players they abandoned the game happened twice in a row and third time i won it was with a low lvl player too now im scared i might get ban even though im not cheating cuz kabam system is really bad they cant identify or find who is cheating who is not so i dont know what to do if i win continuously i feel like i have to lose a match or they might ban like what is this........so im juz wondering is it only me or anyone else what to do to prevent all these bans even though ur not cheating ( sorry for my bad english
