Literally, just make it expire instantly if he uses a special.

Photon is not near the caliber of annoying ass defender that Bullseye is

No way to dex, crazy chip damage, cannot punish SP1, can't hit him for a long period after SP,
I would call a very well design, they should have added instant kill on hit, instant kill on block, attacker is instantly dead while entering the fight, I bet all players will be super excited!

The only thing that I want is that they add a cooldown for killer Instinct on defence and remove bleed on dexing

after his killer Instinct goes on cooldown he won't be able to activate it again till he gets hit 20 times or he hits you 10 times

Everything everyone was complaining about with Photon is something they complain about with bullseye. The massive block damage, undexable special attacks, forms/states you have to constantly play around or lose, or how you have to have very specific counters to not just get **** from the start.

I want Bullseye to get nerfed. But between the failure to nerf Photon, and Kabam’s insistence on increasingly **** defenders, can you honestly say its gonna happen?

I think you have to be standing far from him, you have to dex the first hit super early and all of your dex’s have to be as soon as possible it looks like if there is even a millisecond of delay between your dex’s you’ll get hit, it’s not at all practical to do in a real match no matter how much practice you put into it i don't think anyone is going to be able to do it consistently and on average you’ll save alot more health from just blocking it, you can do a partial dex but even that’s pretty risky. So your reaction time needs to be top notch, you need to dex the first hit as early as you possibly can, and your dex’s cant have any delay which makes it pretty much rng.

Just implement these 2 solutions
1- If you parry/well timed block his first hit of sp1/sp2, the entire special won't crit and doesn't inflict bleed. So this allows players to master parrying special attacks.
2- killer instinct go down instantly after launching special, allowing us to punish his specials.

It's a (basically) unavoidable damage situation.
Take the special into block, wait even longer for his Instinct timer to run out, and then he throws his sp1 right when he gets it again, even more damage, and he's unpunishable even then.
Plus, have fun loosing health for not shallow dexing.

He's way too defensively overtuned.
Making his Killer Instinct after hitting a bar threshold be on a short timer would be better than indefinitely

I've never even tried to dex his whole special and just block it, minus the last hit, but if anybody can figure out how to dex it, it's gonna be a guy like Finny, lol

I will never be at the level of dexing that sp1, I just wonder if it's even possible for the top players.

I'm sure it can be done, but the amount of practice it would take will be nuts.

I’d love to see Dani’s kit fixed so skill champs can’t bypass her slow or falter… she’s would be a pretty great bullseye option with that one little fix that was ignored during her haphazard “buff” which really did a whole bunch of nothing

Honestly Onslaught is worse at least there are counters to evade and bleed. Nothing against neuroshocks.
