Nice BG QoL

We can now see rank and sig during the whole BG match (banning phase and picking phase).
While we were able to guess from hero rating we are now sure of what's in front of us. Could be a slight drawback for defensive low sigs but good addition nonetheless.

It sort of messed with my eyes the first match I did today. There was so much going on during the drafting screen. I'll get used to it soon, but for that one it was a bit jarring.
