Rank 2 to Rank 3 made Kate Bishop LOWER????

Ok, I just went to public school, and I’m getting old now, so someone set me straight…. Why is my Kate Bishop stronger BEFORE I ranked her from Rank 2 to Rank 3 ?????? And it’s NOT just her PI

Did you change mastery setup?

Yep, that's normal - immediately after the rank-up, their stats are lower, but once you level them up it's obviously higher. The stat band within the ranks overlap each other slightly.

Nope…. Those screenshots are right before and right after.
