WoW challenges from paragon to valiant

With 8.4 coming out April 10th, will paragon players have access to valiant challenges when we become valiant? Also if I do a completion run of it, will it cause issues later when I become valiant?

You’ll get the valiant objectives immediately when you get valiant.
