Defence Mastery setup

Hi champions,
I have 14 defense mastery points which I wanted to allocate to get the most out of defence. Currently even my five star champions lose health like 2 stars. I was just wondering if this setup good enough? I am currently aiming to accomplish Uncollected and on Act 5.3
