10 skilled and active looking to merge (P3/P2)

As the season comes to an end, we decided to gather all best performing and most active people in our alliance and start looking for a merger. This group includes leader and 2 officers.
Our aim is to have competitive wars that lead to P2 placement. We all do fairly well in BGs (250k+), we used to do M6 AQ and clear reside in first 3 days.
We are happy to move to a well established high P3 or P2 alliance that needs to replace retiring people or some weak links. We can also consider inviting fully formed BG to our alliance, since leadership is on board of this change.
We are looking for a place where people take seriously participation in alliance activities and where slackers have no standing. We carried almost 20 people on our shoulders and it’s time we get a break to enjoy what we do best in with same mindset people.
