Victory reward war compensation tier?

So for the alliance war victory reward compensation, do we know if it’ll be the tier we end on or if it’s the tier we started with at the beginning of the season?

    It should be which ever is higher. Considering this season has caused a lot of losses it wouldn't be right to count the lowest tier.

    That’s what I was hoping. Or would we be getting like progressive ones. Like few in the lower, middle, and higher tiers we were in?

    Do they have records of what tier each war is at?

    My alt account joined a new alliance that started from scratch and now reached tier 10. So 1st war was almost no loyalty on winning and last war which we are winning as of now will have substantial loyalty. So I'm curious of this question that OP raised as well.
