What aged content is most in need of an update?

There are several pieces of content that are now very dated and irrelevant compared to when they came out or where they sit relative to the rest of the game.

These may never get updated, or they might be just around the corner.

But for a bit of fun, let's see what the (forum) public say!

All of them needs an update especially arenas but posts like these get ignored anyway. Valiants are still getting uncollected gold crystals and thronebreaker arena crystals, i can go on and on but it doesn't really matter lol

Labyrinth itself doesn't need updated; although given the existence of lots of walk-throughs, it would be helpful if they removed the camera lock; to help anyone involved to explore it, to avoid mistakes.

I agree with the first three, but the last 3 are permanent content. There is no need to waste dev hours updating it since they can't update the rewards anyways. Would be very unfair to people to change the rewards without comp and we saw how long it took to get the act 5 rewards comp out (if it even is out yet). LoL also isn't hard with r5 6*s in the game because the timer lasts forever.

The first three definitely could use a lot of love though.

- Objective crystals should be progression based, Idk what's so hard about doing that
- crystal trove has no reason to exist unless it can give us 6* and 7* shards
- the catalyst arenas need to change , they should be a way to earn high tier catalyst fragments.

camera lock got removed a while ago. in abyss too

I think that something fun should be done with the objective crystals. Have them be something more than just mindless chores. Even if they put a 2-3 gem in them, the objectives themselves would still be boring as heck and in dire need of a spruce-up.

Objective crystals being capped at Cav is laughably behind where the game is. Updating this would have no impact on anyone who might be hoarding these for some reason, since it would be TB, Paragon and Vally based on progression.

Sunday Arenas are just awful at this point. They can be done fairly quickly, but the juice just isn't worth the squeeze anymore (if it ever was)

Catalyst arenas a also not worthy it anymore. I do about 5-7 fights to get the 30 units but these resources are so cheap in store, my time is worth more.

Solo objective crystals are still terrible also. They introduced a new tier crystal but it's relatively useless unless you are in a gold/iso drought. I understand that they cannot simply update this crystal because people have so many hoarded, a different crystal needs to be introduced though.

The first three for sure also daily quests are abysmal for anyone below thronebreakers maybe even cavalier.

The other three won't be touched as that's content that's been and gone and at its time was decent.

I voted Objective Crystals (capped at Cavalier), becouse it seems to me the most easy one to update.

All those listed should be adjusted but how?
Content with fixed rewards becomes increasingly easier to complete because new characters with better characteristics are continually released. on the other hand, however, the more the game evolves, the less attractive that content becomes because the rewards are dated. Content such as RTL, the labyrinth and the back issues will be played little or not at all now days. They may be easier today than then but today there is more content to do and pays better rewards. Old "everst content" are lost

I always have time for arenas on Sunday. I'd just prefer an extra day of current arenas vs having the trash that is Sunday Arenas.

Daily quests apart from apothecary, back issues and all long form content except necro even tho abyss completion has the coolest title but still too much pain with low rewards.
