Mastery loadout bug

Hello. There seems to be a bug with the Mastery loadouts. Whenever I start up the game I notice that my champion ratings are way lower, and is almost like the masteries are not even accounted for. I have to reselect the masteries to every time start up the game, heck they even stop registering while I am playing the game, I’ll have to stop what I am doing and reselect the loadout
