Alliance war compensation

I did not recieve compensation rewards,but my alliance mates recieved. I could not place my defense for 3-4 wars,because of bugs,but then I played 3-4 wars. So,where is my compensation?

If aq was running or raids specifically anyone that joins alliance cant join defense till raids ends which is a week hopefully its fixed but will find out next week
