I think having a stacked roster is only one piece of the puzzle. It really comes down to having the right counter for whoever your opponent chooses.

If you have that much champs at high rank, it's easier to find counters for most fights. With a stacked roster the odds of not having a counter is small, with my roster the odds of not having a counter is big. Banning 3 of my champs hurts me more than banning 3 of OPs champs. So it's not a hard to see that my odds aren't good against an account like this. If our skill is similar, than the odds of OP winning is increase substantially, which is expected since OP obviously spends on the game to get ahead and he deserves to have a big roster.
