Kabam support missing

I Haven't received war correction/compensation rewards and season rewards since I got kicked out just a day before war season ended.
So I reached out to support, usually they respond within 1-24 hrs but seems they are missing.

Not sure what's the case, just checking whether anyone else had a ticket resolved in past 24 hrs or got a response from support?

What do you think support will do for you? They aren't going to give you season rewards if you got kicked. It's generally a minimum of 24 hrs to respond to tickets.

In general, Kabam Support is unable to give Season Rewards to players. However, they make exceptions for eligible players under certain conditions including but not limited to:
A player who accidentally left but rejoined their Alliance within 24 hours.
A player who was kicked from their Alliance at a point in a Season when they would not have been able to requalify for Season Rewards.

So the above was pointed out one of my friends said he got the correction and rewards through this exception a day before...he advised me to do the same.

I did raise ticket and got a response to reach out after war rewards were out but seems support is missing now

I've only heard of them giving rewards in extreme situations. Like a rogue officer or leader kicking everyone. Them giving you rewards from being kicked opens the door for everyone doing the same regardless of reasons why. How is support to know whether you deserved to be kicked or not?

It's pretty clear and fair policy by KABAM, pretty much explains itself.

A player who was kicked from their Alliance at a point in a Season when they would not have been able to re-qualify for Season Rewards.

Their policy is that they don't get involved in alliance affairs. Only in extreme circumstances. What if you were kicked for a valid reason?

I’ve heard of some that they have been given Season rewards to if kicked either late in season, or after season but before rewards.

Think there was one this week too. (Someone said they were given the Victory Comp even though kicked, that was 1st day post-season, before separate Season stuff came out later).
