Tried putting in a support ticket for war reqrds

I put in a ticket with a question about war rewards.. I can't remember all the info when I started the account. I provided my earliest purchases via Google play . I used to play on an iPhone.. but have been on android the last 6-7 years.. I remember my first 2 names but don't remember which order they were used .
I answered all to the best of my ability and kept receiving the same generic response from numerous people to no help.. total and utter lack of compassion from support.. please help me

What is your question about your War Rewards ?
Is it your comment you asked in the longer (now closed) post where Kabam clarified the Season Rewards increase issue (and how they accounted for it) ?

Where you are asking why you only received Plat-5 Rewards, when you finished in Plat-5 ?? (And showed your pics)

When you are comparing the rewards received to the in-game Season Rewards Tables, those Tables had all been bumped up by 1 Level.

So what you see as Plat-5 Rewards actually used to be 1 level higher up at Plat-4.
So you getting Plat-5 Table Rewards means you actually got what was/is Plat-4 rewards.
Because that is what they had to do (adjust the Table up by 1) in order to accomplish this in the quickest way, without much longer delay.
