Why are Dust special attacks not none contact as well?

In path 7 in AW where a damage reflection node is active (section 1)
How exactly are you supposed to use Dust there? It says only her light and heavy attacks are none contact (ignoring damage reflection) but all her special attacks which all her damage coming from will eat damage reflection back on Dust if I throw them?
