Knights Vault side quest Kindred difficulty

Kabam what are you thinking? You made this Kindred fight with wayyy too difficult, adding the reverse controls on top of being rooted plus Kindreds degeneration is pure ridiculousness. The difficulty of the fight should be proportionate to the rewards given. This Kindred fight is tougher than the endgame content. I used hundreds of units just trying to beat Kindred once. This is pure madness!!! Kabam please, I am begging you, NERF THE FIGHT!!!!

He doesn't have an SP3 so just use your best science champs and push him to SP3. He will use an SP2 which is easily evaded.

For most players, the fight is not easy. If it was for you, congrats, but you're in a small minority of players.

I agree that the fight is unusually douchey for a side quest with minimal rewards. I did it once for the dust but not sure I will bother for the other three items.

Piggy was my best option. Restarted several times with kindred at 1%.

this was a step up from normal SQ difficulty. normally, most "average" players have a partial option at least, either in their roster or their play experience.
this time, you needed either to be GOOD at playing reverse, AND have a degen resistant champ, OR have reverse control immune and avoid the degen like the plague.
for the record, I'm an average player, IMHO. fight sucked. but I still did it because I wanted to.
not calling it unfair, but it was unbalanced.

This is very rough. Countless restarts. Can’t do reverse controls at all. Finally got him down with Onslaught. At least getting better fighting him and understanding his mechanics. Maybe won’t ban him every time in BGs. Luckily in side quest he doesn’t have an SP3. That would be brutal.

1. Use a champ that ain’t affected by reversed controls.
2. Have a special ready for when he roots you at 5% health.

Its not hard, don’t make it worser than it is.
