    I really like black cat but she could probably do whatever she wants at rank 2 just fine as well. That’s the only reason she not already rank 3

    - CB wants the dupe imo
    - Elsa is an acquired taste. I’m not a fan personally but if you like her, she could be an option
    - Attuma unduped = no way
    - BC is phenomenal and melts everything in her path with the BW relic
