Bullseye Tune-up

Been playing with him and this is my thoughts.

Defense: Killer instinct after it expires goes on cooldown for 6 seconds.

Offense: Cruelty: Buff potency 10%
Fury on sp1 and sp2 after killer instinct: Buff potency 25% and duration buffed from 6 seconds to 10 seconds.

This should help offensively and keep him pretty strong defensively.

If you're increasing the buff potency, you're also increasing the amount of chip damage he does through block

make it so his Killer Instinct isn't indefinite after a special threshold is reached. Make it like 5-7~ seconds timer. This makes it less cancer to deal with.

As much as I wish they made him stronger offensively and weaker defensively I don't really see how they could pull it off without making him nastier on defense.

There's PLENTY of abilities that work only when the champ is on attack or defence, heck there's now abilities that work only when the champ is a bg attacker
they can simply put in some sort of offensive effect like
"Gain X amount of attack as an attacker" it's nothing they haven't done before. Hulk buster gains different effects as an attacker and a defender, why can't bullseye have something similar without affecting his defensive potential??

Cause at that point it wouldn't just be a rebalance, it would be more like a rework.
I'm no expert in coding or anything but it just sounds like it would be too much work and I doubt it could get done in 2 months while they continue working on other buffs/new champs/overhauls etc.
I could be wrong, and I sure hope I am cause I truly do wish Bullseye was good on offense (I love his playstyle) but personally, I don't see it happening. We'll find out soon enough though.

As an owner of a r2 Bullseye who ranked him solely for defense in BG, I completely agree.

Underrated in attack currently. He’s terrific as is (that’s what my Bullseyes tell me anyway).

Yeah I think he just needs an offensive tune up and then have reduced bleed potency for the defensive version. He has a lot of offensive utility but no damage and his ramp up is painfully slow compared to other skill champs.

I recently ascended r5 and he’s decent after full ramp. I think they’ll leave him alone. Ofc I want to see an increase in offensive damage, but I just don’t think it’ll happen. I hope I’m wrong!

People forget very often that a merely "offensive tuneup" also makes him hit harder on defense.

So basically you took a7* to r3 cause he's a really really strong defender and now you think he should get a tune up offensively. Lol. Some champs are built to be attackers and some are built to be defenders.

that being said you have instances where champs have changes to abilities based on if they're an attacker or defender. If they want to only tune the offensive they can do it very easily.

This is the single dumbest argument possible. There are champions who deal reduced damage on their effects when they’re on defense, such as Kate Bishop, who only does 20% of her coldsnap damage as a defender. You can ALWAYS tune the numbers for defenders and attackers individually. The fact that Bullseye is a defender should not hinder him on offense in any way, especially considering how easily he gets countered by so many mutants. People kill him in 35 seconds with Bishop, he’s not a threat.

Absolutely not. I also put in there his killer instinct should go on cooldown after it expires on defense, like it does on attack. I enjoy the character that's why I ranked him up. His utility is worth the rank and he still hit pretty solid. I just suggested a slight tune up to make his damage more of impact like a longer fury, 6 seconds dont last long at all. Am I going to regret it if they don't change him? No I'm not. People can have opinions. Does herc need nerfed? Does kitty need nerfed? Does morbius need buffed? The list goes on

Just decrease his chip damage and killer instinct has a time limit and he'd be manageable on defence. Personally I'm not struggling Vs him at all anymore but he is still crazy.
