Why quake rarely comes in top 10 champions in science class?

Why quake rarely comes in top 10 champions though she is an outstanding champion and highest utility in science class imo? She kills the opponent without touching and inflicts a single hit on them. Some examples of the creators that not include her though consider her as a great champion are lagacy, jason voorhees (not a ranking videos, onky tell these are best science champs), Kingslayer mcoc. These question is rise in my brain bcoz they always put quake on either highest or second highest tier of the list.

Also she's a champ that requires skill to be played, that might be another good reason

Because she doesn't exist, pretty much. Being locked behind a 5* makes her pretty much non-existent for casual players or above
