AQ Raid vault rewards missing

Vault reward missing. Even after logging out and logging in again, the pop-up does not appear on the screen.
Is that bug or anything else? Any solution pls?

Is this claiming chest or beating boss as after u beat the boss u get the rewards after raids fully end so monday

But i claimed 1st vault rewards so why not the next vault? Any clues?
