What is causing this node to ignore x magica?

What am I missing? Bullseye is still gaining indestructible charges when he should not be against bishop.

Firstly did you choose x-magica tactic before joining?.. Secondly you need to get prowess from hitting block or parry only, his personal prowess doesn't stop indestructible.

Yes, and yes all prowess gained was from parrying. I took this exact same node last war and did not have this issue.

I wonder if it’s a matter of non-contact attacks not triggering the node. I’ve been using Havok and throwing hits into the block doesn’t register until his second or third light sometimes.

I just went in with Kate Bishop, no problems whatsoever. You may be right.
