No units on uncollected?

Is it intended to not have the units for completion and exploration as a reward for uncollected difficulty? Seems strange they are in every other difficulty

yea was surprise as well since i spent 200 unit just on the last part of that chapter. icephonix and taskmaster and modox use many unit

luckily I faced icephoenix after the nerf so was able to solo her but modok I can't get the hang of.
