Nebula special 1 was not working before the new update 16.1 and still it’s not working after the update.

    Hey @Zulu_BK. In this video, you don't have any active Shock debuffs on the opponent. From Nebula's character info, her SP1 only Drains and Locks Power for each Shock debuff stack on them. Zero Shocks means zero drain or power lock. Sorry for the confusion!
