Guillotine 2099 no longer Power Burning?

Since when has Gully2009 not been power burning on special 1? I tried both 5 and 6 star variants on ROL Winter Soldier and she doesn’t power burn. Did I miss a memo?

Yes her L2 does. At least it did.

Her special one power drains, her special two inflicts a heal reverse debuff

If you meant the special 1, she power drains based on the amount of prefights she has available. If that’s not the issue, a screenshot or video would help

Were you using your prefights before going in? If so, you need to not use them if you want the power burn

I’m an idiot again.. I forgot that is what caused that.. I was using 2 prefights, thanks.
